Chris was a 3x All-American at Cornell and was instrumental in making them a national contender during his 4 years in the line-up. Heilman was coached and mentored by some of the legends of the sports; Tim Fader, Mike Duroe, and Steve Costanzo. We discuss how these individuals help shape him into the coach and man he is today and how the DIII experience impacted his growth as an individual.
