They are all internal communications aficionados, and with this book they have dialled in on one of the most important attributes of any skilled communicator: the art of listening.

It is often said that the best communicators, and certainly the best conversationalists, are skilled listeners. As leaders and communicators, we must invest the time needed to listen to understand – not simply hear – employees. The many benefits of effective employee listening for organisations are clear.
