Things get decidedly heartfelt, sweary and salty as everybody lets loose on those individuals who managed to get under their skin and caused their bowels to clench in irritation.

Paul and Wayne also take 15 minutes to review the new xXx film with Vin Diesel cavorting about like someone half his age and Toni Collette managing to look severely unamused throughout proceedings.
