Harvey Glatman's mother, Ophelia, noticed something was wrong with her son from a young age. She tried to get him professional help several times but was told that his behavior was normal. Since Harvey never received the help he needed, as he got older, his actions became increasingly severe and ultimately led him to kill his first victim, Judy Dull, in 1957.
