Runningnerds is a race management company in Atlanta that aims to create unique races--such as the Monday Night Brewing 10-Miler and the Atlanta 20K Relay--that attract diverse crowds and offer a festive, supportive atmosphere. She had a lot to tell us about her own development as a runner, how she became a race director, and what she has learned from directing.
