Tonight on Shred Your body, I get to celebrate the 1 year shred anniversary of my very good friend, and mentor, Coleman Clifford. This is going to be pure fireworks 🎇 This one’s very special for me. Not only are Coleman and I fellow New Englanders, this is someone I want to be exactly like when I grow up. Tonight will also be my last time hosting my Shred Your Body call for the next couple months while I chase after my goal of becoming a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Don’t worry, I have great co-hosts on deck and we have a crazy lineup of stories to share with you to keep things going. Coleman is a special member of our tribe. He eats, breaths, and sleeps ERShred lifestyle. He’s the example of what’s possible when you get out of your own way. Best part about Coleman is that he’s always there to help others in need. Coleman’s 61, almost 62 yrs old, and smokes 30-40,000 steps on average, daily! He runs a yacht club in Boston, MA, on top of building his Forex trading business. Let me just tell you, this man is an animal 🦁 Coleman was diagnosed in 2007 with an incurable cancer. He’s had 3 lung surgeries between 07 and 08, and yet he still thrives while working 65+ hr weeks. Coleman’s very first shred was February 15th of last year. He started at 208lbs and May 30th of last year weighed in at 166lbs. After that, he ditched the scale and only focused on continuing to feel amazing daily. Coleman reported that he’s got muscle tone he’s never seen before. His cholesterol is down, his blood pressure is down, and he hasn’t taken an ibuprofen since February 15th of last year. Say what? Needless to say, I can’t wait to see what’s happened since then. People ask me all the time if the ERShred is a sustainable lifestyle. Tune in tonight to hear from Coleman what his thoughts are about that, and then you can decide for yourself.
