Unfamiliar situations can lead to feelings of intimidation and doubt. Belief in yourself can wane. How do we keep a 'healthy' level of confidence when some people and/or things try to bring us down?

After watching a segment of "Speak" on FS1, I would like to share my thoughts on the conversation mainly between Shady McCoy and Acho. How do you define Talent in a Quarterback? Physical attributes? Mental Acuity? Both?

Set in the 1940s near the end of War World II, the Japanese struggle to rebuild their way of Life. After widespread destruction of their civilization, their Society is at Zero. Now, a menacing threat from the sea rises to destroy what's left. Japan is one the verge of falling from Zero to Minus One.

Often times, we want to prove our worth, show others our Value by what we own or what we do. Is our Identity tied to our Social Status?
