Tony Veroeven of the Control System Integrators Association has a conversation with Eric Schaefer of Stone Technologies, a CSIA Certified system integrator, about his involvement in CSIA, how important Certification is to his clients and his business. 

Eric is the chair of the Best Practices committee and a big proponent of CSIA's Best Practices. He describes how the Best Practices Manual helps guide system integrators to run better businesses, which ultimately is a service to clients and the manufacturing and processing industries.
