Erika Harold, lawyer and Executive Director of the Illinois Supreme Court’s Commission on Professionalism, joins Karen Conti to talk about anti-bullying in the workplace and how her personal experiences have guided her to helping people. Erika defines bullying and harassment and comments on a survey that shows how many people change jobs due to bullying. Erika also answers listeners’ questions on bullying.
