Men and women are often polar opposites when it comes to sexual needs, desires, and what turns us on. It's this polarity that can be the key to either bringing us together or pushing us farther apart.
This week, I'm talking with Sarita, a radiant woman in her 60s who has been teaching Tantra for 30 years. Her whole life she has been following the question - "What is the essence of life?" In Tantra, she found an answer.
James & I just finished an amazing week-long couple's retreat with Sarita. At the end of the week, I sit down with her to explore the peaks and valleys of the tantric love-making.
If you've ever felt that your sex life could be more fulfilling, vibrant, and divine, this episode will give you valuable insights from a master Tantra teacher.

This week, I'm doing an interview from a couples' retreat on the beach in Bali with my friends and fellow changemakers, Madiha Bee and Ehab Marneh.
Madiha coaches Arab women to reclaim their sacred feminine power and step into leadership in their communities, while Ehab teaches people to embody their truest selves and become enlightened leaders.
This episode will touch on many of the challenges the two have faced in their coaching careers advocating for change and challenging cultural taboos, particularly in the Middle East. We discuss how they each approach criticism from the public, their peers and families, and even within themselves. We'll also discuss the taboos of challenging deep-seated cultural norms, reframe how other cultures view one another critically, and how to design your own reality to become truly liberated.
We'll leave you with new perspectives to ponder, and the question, "How can you contribute to the change you want to see in the world while trusting your intuition and inner wisdom?

This week, I'm interviewing one of my coaching clients, Emily, about her journey on a 3-month coaching container with me that's now coming to an end. Emily first chose to work with me when she was post-partum with her third child and felt she was dragging baggage around from the past that she was ready to surrender.
In this episode, we get real about Emily's deepest emotions, desires, and shadows that she had been avoiding bringing into the light before working with me. We talk about opening up about sexual fantasies, grieving the lost relationship with her mother and the rage surrounding it, cutting ties with people who no longer served a purpose in her life, and what's in store for her future.
If you want to reach into the depths with us and share in Emily's emotional journey, you don't want to miss this episode.

When is it the hardest to love yourself?
If you've never asked yourself this question before, this episode is for you. I'm joined by my good friend and self-love queen, Gina Swire, where we get deep about the messy, edgy, and wonderful parts of the self-love journey.

This week, I'm sitting down for a solo episode to talk with you about motherhood and my experience so far raising my ten-month-old baby, Lila.
As you can imagine, we've learned a lot in the time we've had her in our lives. There has been so much expansion, growth, joy, tears, and learning. But all of it has brought me so much love and purpose as our family grows.
In this episode, I'm going to share all the moments — happy, messy, scary, and humbling — starting with the first 40 days of our parenting cocoon. I'll share what it was like to not leave the house for almost 2 months in the beginning, what traveling the world with a newborn was like, our first big health scare as a family, and all the expectations and teachings I've had throughout the last 10 months.

In today's episode, I'm joined by my good friend Stephanie Dickinson (also a relationship coach), and we're talking all about asking for our desires from our partners. Grab a cup of coffee or tea and sit down for a heart-to-heart with us.
In this episode, Stephanie & I share our real-life, intimate stories around asking for what we want from our partners.
As we've discovered, it's not easy to ask for what we want. We often build stories around why what we want isn't possible, or we drop our desires before we get the courage to ask for them.
Here we give you tangible ways to break down the process — how to identify a desire in ourselves and the feelings that come up around the desire, how to approach the desire with a partner, friend, or loved one, and how to be open to others' desires when we're on the receiving side of a request.
We also explore masculine/feminine dynamics and how to work with the opposing energies when it comes to asking for a desire.

In today's episode, I'm joined by my husband James to discuss our pregnancy journey—how we decided it was time to start a family, how we discovered that I was pregnant, what we learned going through this for the first time, and our separate physical and emotional experiences throughout each stage of pregnancy.
Pregnancy was a completely new experience for both of us. We went into it with our own preconceived ideas and expectations of how it would be and were met with a reality that toppled all of it. While it was intense and hard at times, we were also pleasantly surprised at how it was simultaneously wonderful and exciting. Join us to hear all the juicy details from preconception, conception, and a trimester-by-trimester walkthrough of our journey together.
