To Know: The Love of God
John 3:16
You are loved. Not just with some worldly feeling but you are truly loved. You are loved with an unconditional, unmerited, unchangeable, sacrificial love. Did you know that? If so, have you embraced that love? If not, we pray that you are willing to explore this truth and find out more about this love that is pursuing you right now. This week we will share what some say is the most famous verse in all of the Bible. But just because it is famous does not mean that it is understood. Please join us as we share this incredible truth.
Have you ever wondered about God? Maybe you have even thought about going to church some Sunday. It does not matter if you have not been to church in a long time or if you have never been before. Our family at Berea would love to have you join us this Sunday.

To Know: The Incarnation
John 1:14
We are studying 52 of the core principles, the foundations of our Christian faith. If you are curious, exploring or even having doubts about God and His plan then please allow God to use this opportunity to help you grow and learn. This week we are talking about the incarnation of Jesus. Yes, that is a big word. We will define it more fully on Sunday but in its simplest form it means to take on flesh, to become flesh. This is exactly what God did when He sent Jesus to Earth. Born as an infant to Mary and to live a fully human life in every way with one exception, He never sinned.
Do you believe that God could or would do this? Much of the world does not. Many believe that if there is a God there is no way He would ever lower Himself to become one of us. Christians absolutely must believe this truth. It is an essential part of the identity of Jesus. Join us this week as we share why this is so important.
A Guide to Greatness: The Greatest Command
Mark 12:29-31
Did your family have any odd rules growing up? Absolutes in your house that everyone had to follow. Did you love them or hate them as a kid? How about now, as an adult, have you grown to appreciate them? Maybe even use them as rules in your own home. This week we are looking at the greatest command that Jesus ever gave us. Unlike our house rules it was not a “do not” kind of command. It is actually the opposite. A command to do something. Something great, in fact! What role does obedience play in our relationship with God?

A Guide to Greatness: Leadership
Mark 10:45
What does it mean to lead? What is your definition? What is the world’s definition? Who do you see as a leader in the world today? Are they a good leader? Are they an effective leader? I know so many questions. Seriously, what/who comes to mind when you think of leadership?
Jesus gave us a model of leadership that seems to be the opposite of the world’s example. However, if you pick up a leadership book you are likely to find a section of the very model that Jesus gave us. That of a servant.
Come join us as we see what God’s Word has to say about such an important part of our lives.
It does not matter if you have not been to church in a long time or if you have never been before. Our family at Berea would love to have you join us this Sunday.

Rest
Mark 2:27-28
Tomorrow one of the greatest events in the universe will take place. A total solar eclipse. There are some that will not pay any attention to it, while others have their glasses and t-shirt all ready to go and cannot wait till 3:04 tomorrow afternoon. For much of our modern world this event is not a big deal. It just happens. But can you imagine what this would have been like in the ancient world? The sun seemingly disappearing for up to 4 minutes! The very thing in the sky that provides warmth, growth, light! Gone! What if it did not come back?
This Sunday we want to share with you a part of God’s design for your life. A part that the world ignores. A part that they church often does not do enough to support. However, this part of your life is so important that God established it at the very beginning of human existence. The problem is most of us are too busy for it. What is it? Rest.
Come join us as we see what God’s Word has to say about such an important part of our lives.
It does not matter if you have not been to church in a long time or if you have never been before. Our family at Berea would love to have you join us this Sunday.

Truly Broken: The story of Peter, us and the resurrection
Easter is the day we remember Jesus' resurrection from the grave. The day He came back to life after dying three days earlier on the cross. It seems impossible today. It was no less impossible then. It would be an honor if you joined us this week to hear about this event in a unique way.
We will be sharing the Easter story in a very different way. As a narrative, from a 1st person point of view. We will share much of what happened surrounding Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection. We will view all of these events and more through the eyes of Peter as told through the four Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Peter’s journey of faith is much like mine and it might be a bit like yours as well.
This was a Friday like no other. What began on Thursday evening as a special Passover meal with their Messiah turned into an event worse than their greatest fear. Join us for the sharing of this story from the perspective of Peter, one of Jesus' closest disciples.
It was on this night that Jesus ate the Passover Feast with His disciples one final time. During that meal He forever redefined the meaning of the bread and the cup. Please join us for this special service as we view it from the perspective of one who was there, Peter a disciple of Jesus.
We would love to have you join us for all of our gatherings this Holy Week ahead.

This Sunday is what we call Palm Sunday. It is the day we remember Jesus coming into Jerusalem for the final time before He goes to the Cross. On that day, the streets were lined with people praising Jesus as the one who would come to save them. This moment in the life of Jesus ushers us into Holy Week.
This year we will be telling the Easter story in a very different way. As a narrative, from a 1st person point of view. It is from this perspective that we will share much of what happened surrounding Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection. We will view all of these events and more through the eyes of Peter as told through the four Gospels. Peter’s journey of faith is much like mine and it might be a bit like yours as well. Please join us this Easter season to hear the story of our risen Savior through the eyes of one of His closest friends. And please consider inviting one of your closest friends to join you.
