Bill Edgar was a teenager when he stole a rifle, climbed his school’s clock tower and planned to kill the teachers. After suffering years of sexual abuse at the hands of teachers and his grandfather, he couldn’t go on. Bill Edgar soon became a street kid and spent years locked up at Boggo Road Jail mingling with the most notorious crims of the ‘80s.
