Joe talked about how his simple love for gaming has carried him to a position that requires not only passion, but coordination, leadership, and hard work. His motivational story is a perfect listen for anyone looking to elevate esports at the collegiate level. The episode starts off with his personal story, goes into depth about the specific tasks he performs as a program director, and ends with stories about the impact of the program on the school faculty, players, and even families of the teams. He's the real deal (he gets paid to do this!), so anyone looking to improve their local esports clubs should definitely give this a listen.
