In this episode, Meg and Heather take us through a 3 oil, de-stressing experience. First they applied Shinrin-Yoku essential oil (forest bathing blend) to the bottoms of their feet, massaging it in and breathing. Next, they applied one drop of Tulsi essential oil (Holy Basil) directly to the crown of the head. Finally, they rubbed Breathe essential oil blend in their hands and then rubbed it on their chests.
