If you are looking to start yoga or if you think that yoga isn't for you, then think again.
Listen to this episode to discover how yoga could be a part of a transformative journey for you just as it has been for my guest.
It took a seriously long and bumpy road, to say the least, for Rina Rawal to finally give into her calling and sign up to a yoga teacher's training course.
The conversation goes to the beginning of Rina's first encounter with yoga as a teenager where she felt like it was "coming home", then once more her rekindled connection to yoga in her third pregnancy where her world went from black and white to colour.
The yoga teacher shares her views and believes that anyone who feels that they have arrived at a place where they have learned all yogic wisdom may need to take a step back and rethink this, she says, "Even though I have been teaching, I have not arrived."
Rina's story is a lived upheaval where an array of physical manifestations in the form of body trauma showed her that she was not listening to her true calling, and how these events opened up new doorways for her to encounter life in a familiar yet totally unfamiliar footing.

Finding her true self and being open to accept this is a new thing for Eva Mehus from Norway.
It hasn't all been plain sailing and after taking on different roles in various companies Eva became unwell and once the illness had past she hit the famous 'wall'.
On reflection she reveals how being a people pleaser damaged her and she shares what it has taken for her to understand her purpose and understand what truly matters to her.
In this episode Eva takes us on a journey to where she has arrived and shares her experiences of calling out for help that led her to understand how much she had become the voices and expectations around her that were in deep contrast to what she felt was true.
Eva speaks openly about her emotional challenges, what she has learned and what she would say to her younger self as we talk about friendship, parenting, purpose, finding the job of your dreams, challenges and issues around materialistic societies and understanding why being true to yourself and what you believe in, is critical for personal growth.
What is even more significant is Eva's discovery of learning about how much her mind, body and purpose are connected and also how much she wishes she had learned how to understand her body and been taught the value of listening to her own wisdom.

"At the time I was incredibly disconnected. Not only from myself and what was my life but also from where life had taken me to. I was a passenger on a boat out at sea. There was no direction..." U Raval

A mother sat by her child's hospital bed as doctors declared him brain dead.
Amanda Bonfitto watched her beautiful four-and-a-half year old son Harrison, trying to process. How could this happen? Why was this happening?
It was then, in the midst of this dense fog while attempting to make sense of something which could only seem totally nonsensical that Amanda recalled a conversation. Just a few days earlier Harrison said he was going to stop breathing and die.
Four days later, it was the week of Thanksgiving in America, and Harrison unexpectedly and suddenly choked. There was a logical medical explanation for this untimely death. But how could the dramatic impact of losing her child begin to make any sense? How will life carry on? Is there really life after Harrison?
In this powerful episode, I am joined by Amanda and I believe Harrison's energy is present, in this fragile exploration of Amanda's story that is filled with her incredible strength, vulnerability and resilience.
Amanda shares her life journey by walking listeners through and reflecting on her experiences while carefully unfolding her personal learning and self discovery leading to her 'spiritual awakening.'
She says: "It has been a beautiful and hard journey into the light. I still feel like I am mostly standing in the doorway now, learning how to care for myself and scanning the room of spirituality, with one foot ready to step, deciding where to step first."
Amanda plans to launch her own podcast titled This Won't Break You and is inviting listeners to contact her directly at: [email protected] if you have a story to share.

"My whole life changed when I let nature become a part of my life" - Natali C
An energetic and dynamic energy in the form of Natali Constante joined me for a fast moving conversation. Natali has an amazing outlook on life and is driven to change the world especially when it comes to empowering women and educating children.
Living in the Galapagos Islands, Natali speaks of growing up so close to the giant sea turtles, the astounding nature surrounding her and the impact that the environment has had on her life and on her journey. Having contact with people from all over the world during her formative years shifted Natali's perspective making her realise that women do not have to be subservient victims of a masculine culture.
She reveals how a move from her familiar city life to the islands uncovered the layers and allowed her to become truly connected to herself through nature and conservation. Challenging cultural conditioning and embedded gender stereotypes Natali speaks of her own personal story and memories that have driven her to change her life and rid herself of the 'limiting beliefs'.
Natali, who has travelled to 27 countries, says: "If you don't have education you can't really understand what's happening in the world."

"We have a responsibility to find ourselves. Only you can explore who you are and what fulfils you." - Simon R
In this episode of Eternal Paradigm, I am joined by Simon Rogers who has dedicated his energies to understanding the human body and mind. He has turned his fascination into a successful wellness coaching and osteopathic treatment practice that is committed to helping people feel well and live better.
Since releasing episode 1 where I share a snap shot of my mental health journey, I have been contacted by so many people who really connect with the experiences and emotions that I describe. As a result of this, I wanted to share some steps that I have taken in my journey and Simon has been a significant part of that process.
This episode reflects slightly on my journey and touches on some of the tools that Simon uses with his clients. There are changes that we can all make when we decide to move into the unknown, Simon also highlights how the healthcare system is not designed to help us to experience a holistic approach in connecting with ourselves and solving physical problems.
Ultimately this episode explores how the approach that Simon works on with his clients is just one option that can change the way we live as individuals and as a society.
Cheekily this episode is also a chance for me to ask Simon some questions that I wouldn't usually ask him.

"Age is such a blessing! You should be happy that you are able to age." - Smita S
Talking all things life, in this episode Smita S, an incredibly bubbly character joins me and we are literally talking about everything!
This conversation moves from surname changes after marriage, cultural baggage, how women treat each other, ageing and not ageing, moving countries, relationships and work.
Ultimately, Smita shares her reality of the pressures that she felt as the eldest child, dealing with the sudden loss of her father, dealing with grief and loss, how she was incredibly good at controlling her emotions, which now with hindsight she realises how damaging this was.
Smita shares her story of moving through different jobs until she realised she was unhappy at work and decided on a total career change.
A huge believer in 'being an advocate for yourself' Smita also explains what this means:
"You are the only person who knows who you are. Being an advocate for yourself is saying I want to be heard, I want to be listened and I want you to know how I am feeling."

Are you ready to explore your healing journey? Let’s do it together.
Hi, I’m Urmi—Embodiment Practitioner, Spiritual Life Coach, Yoga Teacher, and RTT® Clinical…
Rooted in a background in communications and guided by the wisdom of energy and spirit, I hold space at the intersection of healing, identity, and embodiment—where language, vibration, and truth converge to help you realign with your inner power and discover new skills, lessons and teachings.
I’ve walked through fire: years of pain, disconnection, self-doubt, and deep emotional wounding. I’ve felt what it’s like to be cut off from my own body, my truth, my power—and to face the darkness alone.
But I didn’t stay there. Through embodiment, hypnotherapy, and spiritual practice, I began to reconnect—bit by bit—with the parts of myself I thought were lost. Now, I support others who are navigating that same path.
If you feel misaligned in your life—stuck in patterns that aren’t yours, overwhelmed by anger, numbness, or disconnection—know that you’re not alone. There is a way through.
Through therapeutic coaching, hypnotherapy, energy work and deep listening, I help people just like you rewire their inner world, calm the mind, awaken their body’s wisdom, and rediscover what it means to live by your own design.
If you’re feeling the call to heal, reach out. Let’s talk about what’s possible.
You can also listen to my podcast Eternal Paradigm, where I explore these very themes—inviting real, raw, and healing conversations for anyone longing to come home to themselves.
