A retired electronics engineer, in a new essay, expressed his beliefs that the predominant extraterrestrial presence on Earth is concerned with the quickness in which humankind is advancing technologically. The engineer, who provided the essay on condition of anonymity, did work for NASA, DARPA, the CIA and several defense contractors during his career. Also, the Wikipedia page devoted to the Roswell UFO crash incident is examined.
