The Great Northeast Blackout of 1965 was one of the largest power outages ever to occur, shutting off electricity for over 30 million people on the east coast of the United States and Canada for 14 hours. Before, during and after the event, there were numerous reported sightings of UFOs flying around power plants and substations. Also, Stanford University professor and outspoken UFO disclosure advocate Dr. Garry Nolan said during a recent appearance on That UFO Podcast that he has been threatened by the government for talking publicly about the phenomenon.
