Radio International - The Ultimate Eurovision Experience is broadcast from Malta's Radio 105FM on Tuesday evenings from 2100 - 2359 hours CET. The show is also broadcast on Castlepoint FM in the United Kingdom live on Wednesday evenings from 2000 - 2300 hours CET as well as on the Facebook Page of Eurovision Radio International with an interactive chatroom.
Interview with Ira Losco (Malta 2002 and 2016): In the summer series of live interviews Radio International - The Ultimate Eurovision Experience is reaching out to a number of artists from the world of the Eurovision Song Contest but also from the national finals. This week Radio International's JP, Sadie Trent and John Dawton are being joined via SKYPE by one of Malta's finest and most successful singers - Ira Losco. Malta only reached the Eurovision Runners Up position of Number 2 twice with Chiara in 2005 and the song "Angel" and in 2002 with Ira Losco and the song "7th Wonder". In 2016 Ira returned to the Eurovision Song Contest from Stockholm's legendary Globen Arena where she performed the song "Walk on Water" which came 12th. In the meantime Ira fronted the Maltese X-Factor Jury twice and selected Destiny to represent Malta at the 2020 edition of the Eurovision Song Contest which unfortunately was cancelled due to the Corona Pandemic. However, Destiny will represent Malta in 2021. Let's get an update from Ira Losco on the show this week. We are very much looking forward to having Ira Losco on the show for a chat.

All kinds of music is possible and also your requests are welcome.
The first edition of the show aired on Saturday, 12 September 2020 from 1700 - 1900 hours CET (1600 - 1800 hours UKT) via Radio Wymondham in the United Kingdom - click here to listen. Interview with Nicki French (United Kingdom 2000): In the summer series of live interviews Radio International - The Ultimate Eurovision Experience is reaching out to a number of artists from the world of the Eurovision Song Contest but also from the national finals. This week Radio International's JP, Sadie Trent and John Dawton are being joined via SKYPE by Eurovision Dame Nicki French who represented the United Kingdom at the Eurovision Song Contest 2000 with the song "Don't play that song again" which came 16th in Stockholm's Golden Arena in Sweden. Since then Nicki French has always been a welcome guest in many Eurovision Fan Conventions giving concerts or being part of a nation jury helping to select the song for Eurovision. Also Nicki has been involved with musicals and has also released a lot of new material over the 20 year career after her participation at the Eurovision Song Contest 2000. Let's get an update from the Eurovision Dame on the show this week. We are very much looking forward to having Nicki French on the show for a chat .

Interview with Rainer Hoeglmeier of Wind (Germany 1985): In the summer series of live interviews Radio International - The Ultimate Eurovision Experience is reaching out to a number of artists from the world of the Eurovision Song Contest but also from the national finals. This week Radio International's JP and John Dawton are being joined via SKYPE by Rainer Hoeglmeier who back in 1985 was the lead vocal of the group Wind that came second in the Eurovision Song Contest 1985 with the song "Für Alle". Rainer is now based in the USA and will be joining us live for a chat and looking back at his career as an artist but also why he moved to the USA. Interview with Susanne Georgi (Andorra 2020): Andorra's last entry to date at the Eurovision Song Contest was in 2009 by Susanna Georgi and the song "La teva decisio (Your decision)" which ranked at Number 15 in Semi Final 1 when the Eurovision Song Contest came from Moscow's Olympisky Arena in Russia and Norway winning with Alexander Rybak and "Fairytale". Radio International's Eric met Susanne in Andorra last July and kindly sent us this interview which we are pleased to air on the show this week. Susanne is native Danish and together with her sister she formed the duo Me and My in the 1990s and had a massive European Chart hit entitled "Me and My". It's great to have the lively singer back on the air of Radio International.

After this Italy took a break from Eurovision until the return in 2011 with Raphael Gualazzi and "Follia d'Amore -Madness of love".
