The OBR has revealed that as a direct consequence of the Chancellor's decision to impose 3p/mile on EV mileage, there will be 440,000 fewer EV cars in 2030-2031. At the same time, there will be no new petrol-diesel cars. So is this how they get us off the roads, as per WEF plan?
