Our guests are lawyers from prominent tech law firm Fenwick & West.  Evan Bienstock and Jennifer Stanley.  Evan is a Startup/Venture Capital and Corporate partner and Jennifer leads Fenwick’s copyright, games industry group, and co-chairs the firm’s digital media and entertainment, consumer technologies and retail industry groups.

We chose the 1987 movie Wall Street because the movie romanticizes deal-making.  In reality, Tech companies, financing deals, M&A, IPO are incredibly unromantic.  They are often just plain and simple hard work - especially where there are complex data issues at play.
