COLD CASE: Investigators have announced that they have solved the 1976 murder of a 15-year-old girl and her unborn baby in western Pennsylvania, thanks to a DNA match found in an ancestry database. On Wednesday, the Pennsylvania State Police, along with Carbon County District Attorney Michael Greek, revealed the arrest of 63-year-old Luis Sierra, who has been charged with the homicide of Evelyn Colon that occurred 45 years ago."
