Cathy O'Dowd is a South African Mountaineer who became the first female to climb Everest from both the North & South.

Cathy has climbed all over the world and completed many 8000m peaks. She was alos part of the team that made the first ascent of the Mazeno ridge on Nanga Parbat.

Cathy now lives in Andorra in the Pyrenees and spends her time Sea Kayaking, Ski Touring, Canyoning as well as still climbing and mountaineering.

Cathy works as a motivational speaker and travels the world giving talks from her stories  around the word.
