Discussions of alcohol use and sobriety have been an increasingly popular conversation these days, as more folks are exploring conscious, intentional living (or just trying to save some money!!)
In this episode, Kelsee shares her personal experience with alcohol and sobriety and why she hasn't drank in almost 2 years but doesn't use the label "sober" to describe herself. You'll hear about her experience growing up attending AA meetings with a parent, being fearful of alcohol, then trying it with no education, exploring sobriety through the 75 HARD Challenge, and a few tips for exploring alcohol and sobriety yourself.
Please remember, that this podcast is NOT a replacement for individual therapy, and is not medical advice. Alcohol and sobriety are being discussed in the context of the typical user, not someone with addiction or substance use disorder. This episode is for storytelling and inspiration for personal exploration and is NOT educational or informational regarding substance use. Please consult a licensed addictions counselor, your own licensed therapist, or medical provider for guidance regarding your own substance use.
In this episode she also discusses the benefits of coaching, and shares more about her upcoming coaching program "The Ascent."
