Almighty GD informed Moshe that the time had come for him to die. He used the word הן. The Midrash sees in this word, the reason for Moshe’s death.

Rabbi Akiva possesses qualities that Moshe Rabbeinu doesn’t seem to have. Yet, he claims to have received them from Moshe Rabbeinu.

Naomi begs her daughters-in-law, not to return to the land of Israel with her. Initially they refuse to leave her, so she uses the word הן. As soon as she does, Orpah leaves, but Rus remains.
