In 2019 Meg won a Diana Award for all the work she has been doing to champion mental health within the youth community. She is truly a force to be reckoned with.

When we receive feedback we can easily focus on the delivery of the message instead of the message itself which hinders our capacity to grow.

We get so wrapped up in the tonality, language and sometimes the messenger itself that we don't stop and process if there is any truth and validity to what is being said.
