Meet Rosie, a married mum of three and a former NSW police officer who has faced incredible adversity. Medically discharged due to PTSD, Rosie has not only overcome her own challenges but has become a powerful advocate for first responders and veterans, driven by her own experiences and the fact that her husband serves in the army.
As the founder of Tactical Yoga Australia and the host of her own podcast “Triumph Beyond Trauma”, Rosie is passionate about taking care of your mental health, especially in professions where the toll can be so heavy.
In this raw and honest conversation, we dive into our shared experiences, talk about overcoming trauma, and discuss the importance of supporting our mental well-being, no matter what battles we face. It’s an episode full of resilience, strength, and hope, and I can’t wait for you to hear her inspiring story.
