Today Jan is joined by Saskia Stallings. Saskia is the owner of Enlightened Counseling Services in St. George, Utah. She is a trauma therapist and specializes in sexual trauma. She has done several trainings through the years,  but believes her real understanding of treating trauma is from her own lived experience in working on her own. And next would be her client's, who are the bravest people she knows. When Saskia isn't working, she's spending time with her family. She is the mother of 7 children and has 5 grandchildren. She also loves to travel and is excited to go to Bali this year. In their conversation Saskia shares how important it is as a practitioner to come at every client as an individual who has their own healing road ahead of them, and that uniqueness needs to come through in their treatment.
