This morning, as I prepared to record, a headline from Harvard Business Review caught my eye:
“Faking enthusiasm is exhausting.”
And it couldn’t have been more perfect for today’s conversation.
In this episode, I explore why work–life balance is a myth — and why trying to separate “work” from “life” leaves us disconnected, exhausted, and out of alignment.
Through stories from my coaching journey and my own experiences, I share how we can begin to live more authentically, blending who we are at work, at home, and in the spaces in between.
Because there is no “work life” and “personal life.”
There’s just life — and it’s all connected.
