Today's topic is one of my favorites, and that's called siloed purchases.
When you have your distiller ordering the grains and he needs, or is that your winery?
The grapes from all different vineyards.
And if you have one that does a white wine, one winemaker, another one doing the red wine, etc.
They're ordering from different places.
And that's really understandable you're losing out on
bulk purchasing, delivery, friendship, relationships, and the like.
But even at a distillery,
you have one individual ordering the grains,
and that's your distiller.
Then you have the cooper,
or whatever you want to call it,
