We’re seeing funding sources dry up, priorities shift, and high performers leave the sector. If we don’t adapt, we risk getting left behind. And I don’t want that for any of you or the causes you champion.

Together, we can grow our impact and make a difference, but it requires action, courage, and a commitment to growth. So, let’s continue to challenge ourselves and each other to be the best leaders we can be.
