Everything is Interesting

Yallllll welcome back! The world is an interesting place these days, so Vance and I wanna talk about that. BLACK LIVES MATTER - obviously, and I can't believe we even have to say that, so I'll say it again BLACK LIVES MATTER. Vance and I are white dudes, so we cannot speak to black experience, but we can talk about how to help and what society can do to improve moving forward. Also, we unveil a new game called "Dumb, Scared, or Racist" where I name a person in the news recently who did some stupid shit, and Vance and I decide why they did it, is it cuz they are dumb, scared or racist?

Yalllll Welcome back. I learned as much this episode as I have in any episode so far. This week I have my good friend Dave whom I've known for 20 years,  I love him like a brother. He came out as gay about a decade ago, give or take, and his life has changed drastically ever since. We grew up in Texas, in southern baptist households, and his story of discovering who he was, is astounding and incredibly interesting. I ask him every question I can think of, and he gives brutally honest responses at times. Obviously he is not some overall spokesperson for the gay community, but we joke that he is actually King David of the gays, so he speaks for all gay people worldwide. Thanks for listening, and enjoy!

We are joined by Rob Salmon who really likes baseball and Dylan Ellis doesn't exactly love it, so we have 4 very different opinions here. We discuss baseball in its entirety. So this week we have a Dentist and a Lawyer, both of whom have employees that have been affected by this. Karli and Vance run professional practices that have changed drastically because of Covid so I wanted to get their thoughts on the ever changing situation. Yallll welcome back!   I absolutely LOVE the NBA and most specifically the dunk contest. Myself and 4 others each draft a team based solely on dunking ability. Have to have a point guard, 2 swingmen, a power forward and  Center. Now I focus more on the dunk contest ability, whereas my counterparts gave more credence to the in game dunking ability. So thats why we picked who we picked, but regardless, this is a great show. Good times!
