  • PODCAST 026 - Jonathan Dick, Steel for Brains
I met Jonathan  few months ago when he approached me about doing an interview for his website STEEL FOR BRAINS. Since then, we've been building up a friendship based on common interests in the more fringe topics that we discuss on the podcast.  Also, he's a high ranking Freemason; how cool is that?

  • PODCAST 023 : ALBERT MUDRIAN
This time around, we have Decibel Grand Master Albert Mudrian on board, talking about the upcoming 100th Issue Show, the early years of Decibel Magazine and some of his favorite records of 2012. The podcast was done using Skype, though I usually have excellent results, this one turned out a little noisy.

  • PODCAST 020 Aaron Harris
I've had the honor of calling Aaron Harris "friend" for nearly two decades. I remember seeing his band Loga play way back in the early 90's on a cold winter night in Old Town, ME and being totally blown away. I remember hanging out wit those guys afterward at this diner, drinking coffee and eating grilled cheese sandwiches.
As I grow older, I see the value in these deep friendships. I went through many years of my life believing that I could go it all alone, singular, solipsistic, but I'm lucky to have an inner circle of good people around, despite all of the shabby behavior that I've engaged in.

  • PODCAST 018 Comic Creator Josh Bayer
I've been friends with comics creator Josh Bayer for several years; we met back in the halcyon days of Cosmic Comics, one of the coolest comic shops in Manhattan.  If you want to check out his work, hit him up at www.joshbayer.com

  • PODCAST 017 Eugene Robinson
Utilizing the wonders of modern technology, Eugene Robinson and I were able to transcend time and space and spent a pleasant hour discussing the finer points of fighting, playing loud rock music and the "30 second rule".
Eugene has been the frontman of avant-garde, blues, noise outfit OXBOW for over 2 decades. Aside from his antics on stage, he is a prolific writer, martial artist and fight enthusiast. If you haven't checked his books out already, I recommend "Fight" and his novel "A Long Slow Screw"
