Evolution Radio Network Presents:

A little over a year ago we came up with a concept. We wanted to have an exchange of ideas between wrestling promoters from all over. We wanted to know what worked and didn't work, how wrestling varies from one area of the country, or even the globe, to another. The response we had was beyond our wildest expectations. We had not only promotions throughout the US, we had promotions in Canada, and one brave soul from Switzerland who joined us, even though over there we went live (Geneva Time) at THREE IN THE MORNING!

We bring back this well recieved event for its second incarnation. While again we are reaching across state, and even country lines, this time, we even cross gender lines as we have our first ever female promoters to join our group. Scheduled to appear, in no set order and not exclusive:

Rudy Gonzalez

Tina Gant

Herb Simmons

Paul Eubanks

Bernadette Johnstone

And many others

If you want to learn how promoters do what they do, have a notebook and pen by your side and take notes. This type of a discussion and exchange of ideas is very rare, you don't want to miss anything.

We open with some breaking news, one tragic, one good. We may also see a GLORIOUS revelation of a new member of the SmackDown Live roster as management is no longer happy with the actions of the man they were setting as their top heel. Speaking of people in hot water, a certain Certified G did not win last night because it was set up that way. NXT is also having to face a serious injury regarding one of the main faces of the company.

Once again, Brooklyn is the center of the WWE Universe as NXT TakeOver Brooklyn III, SummerSlam, RAW and SmackDown Live all call Barclay's Center home. We will talk about all of these shows as well as some Impact talk, as one AAA/Lucha Underground talent joins the roster and another prominent member of the roster obtained his release. Speaking of releases, a current WWE talent is apparantly unhappy and has requested his release. Will that release have an effect on two rosters?

Yes, we have our obligatory Paige story tonight as well as some rumors regarding the WrestleMania 34 main event. Dwayne Johnson is no longer number one in a certain area. We'll tell you what area and who eclipsed (See what we did there?) The People's Champion. We'll also talk about the former voice of WCW returning to the commentary table for the first time in several years. Join Steve, Katie and Sean as we talk about the wonderful world of professional wrestling

Once again it's Ladies Night, but not just Ladies Night, it's GLOW Ladies Night! We know by the numbers that you fans love when we have the GLOW girls on so your wish is our command!

Tonight, we have two of the Original GLOW girls, Jeanne Bassone, known to GLOW fans as Hollywood, and Cheryl Rusa, known to GLOW fans as Lightning. We will discuss the different paths that brought them to the pink roped ring. We'll talk the original GLOW, GLOW, the Netflix series, getting recognized by the Cauliflower Alley Club and what life has been like, especially in the last few years.

Get ready for two hours (or more) of fun talk about wrestling, music, fitness and more with Jeanne, Cheryl, Steve, Katie and Sean.

The wrestling world was shocked on Saturday when word came that wrestling legend "Nature Boy" Ric Flair had been admitted to the hospital. With a lack of full information coming out, just some tweets that were not encouraging, the world has kept a virtual vigil for the 16 time World Champion. There is some information starting to come out that may tell what happened. Alberto El Patron is also in the news as a decision was handed down concerning his reign as combined GFW/TNA World Champion. Speaking of GFW/Impact, another Lucha Underground/AAA star is on his way there. While we're talking about Lucha Underground, another wrestler was granted his release, who it is will surprise you.

Last night's RAW go home show was quite the setup for this Sunday's SummerSlam. Now can SmackDown Live match RAW for excitement and intensity. Will another former ROH star be seen Saturday night at NXT TakeOver Brooklyn? A WWE Hall Of Famer is also talking about a New Japan star. Who are these people and what was said? All this and more with Katie, Sean and Steve as we get ready for tomorrow's Ladies Night.

P.S.  BUY OUR SHIRTS!!!

He started under one of the most well known promoters in Texas who was in on the cusp of wrestling's expansion on cable TV, he now runs the school founded by another star who got his start in the same promotion, he is Rudy Boy Gonzalez

The native Texan has traveled throughout the US and Mexico working with such diverse promotions as Ring Of Honor, CMLL in Mexico and the then WWF.

He currently spending time not just in the ring (last weekend with our friend Tracy Smothers) but passing on his knowledge and experience to others as the head of the Texas Wrestling Academy, the second longest running training school in the country.

Rudy has a lot of strong opinions about the state of our business today and we can't wait to discuss them with you.

Last night's RAW provided more fuel for the main event at SummerSlam while working to set up a challenger to Alexa Bliss to replace the injured Bailey. Another RAW angle is now on hold due to another superstar getting injured. We also have a lead on the possible turn of a SmackDown Live star.

Outside of WWE a well known independent star who is also part of the Lucha Underground roster is now engaged in a war of words with one of the most well known managers in the industry. The controversy is causing people to take sides and compare eras. A GFW female star is accusing a WWE female star of accosting her gimmick and has photos to show what she is upset about. There are also rumors of a well known UFC star actually in training to step into the ring. We also have more information regarding backstage situations regarding Enzo Amore and the Hardys.

Join, Steve, Katie and (eventually) Sean for two hours of fun wrestling talk.

We have some further updates on stories we reported on last night, including an apparant minor injury to another WWE star Tuesday night. Tonight we have promoters Tina Gant from World Elite Combat Wrestling which will be running Friday in Ripley, Ms. with our friend Tracy Smothers on the card. Also joining us will be Jay Andrews from Pro Wrestling EGO,also out of Mississippi which will be running Saturday night.

After that we talk to our old friend from Southern Illinois, Curtis "Wyldchild" Wylde. We'll discuss the latest news from not only SICW but from the rest of the Southern Illinois/Northern Missouri area.Curtis is always fun to have on because sometimes he's Curtis, sometimes he's Wyldchild, either way, the one thing he isn't is boring.

Join all of us for a two hour wrestling talk party.

Chris Jericho just made the list, an apparently unhappy "fan's" list. The incident happened early Saturday morning outside a club in New York where Jericho, along with former Twisted Sister frontman Dee Snyder, Sebastian Bach and many other top rockers payed tribute to Adrenaline Mob/Trans-Siberian Orchestra bassist David Z who was tragically killed in a bus crash while on tour. We have the audio of that incident, along with a statement from Jericho regarding the situation.

Speaking of making someone's list, it seems the "Certified G" Enzo Amore also made someone's list which could, if proven accurate, could lead to some consequences for the motormouth from Jersey. There is more information coming to light on the alleged incident we reported on last week between WWE strongman Braun Strowman and GFW/Impact's Karen Jarrett. In regards to the owl, it seems some "BROKEN" vultures may be circling it as some recent legal decisions went against them in regards to the Hardy situation. Even the RAW commentary team seems to be getting in on it as you may or may not have caught last night.

Steve Austin's ex-wife Jeannie is talking and it isn't very complimentary towards the Rattlesnake and the situation that may have altered the course and even the length of his wrestling career. There seems to be more problems at the WWE Network as two more shows, one of which may not have even been in production yet, were cancelled. This comes on the heels of their recent canceling of the regular post "205 Live" show "Talking Smack". We also have news concerning Kenny Omega's next defense of his newly won IWGP US Title and our friend Kenny Starmaker Bolin.

All of this, along with our regular discussions of RAW and SmackDown Live, tonight!

PWR SLAM! returns for another week of pro wrestling talk so hot it's COLD!

First up we'll sit down for our roundtable. We'll discuss the week that was wrestling & all things involved. From The Rock's return, to Elgin quitting ROH, to Punk at an OVW show, & everything in between.

Next, a man who's introduction promos were some of the best of the day. A man who can keep cool under fire. Former WCW star GLACIER!

We'll discuss his career pre & post WCW & what he's doing today.

Finally, we bring on a man who was an enforcer in WCW & WWF for years. We bring to you Mr. Hughes! We'll discuss his career, football, & more.

Back in the days before Monday and Tuesday night live wrestling shows, wrestling was a regional operation with TV tapings held in smaller buildings and the shows were syndicated throughout the region. On those shows, the stars generally didn't wrestle each other unless there was an angle that was being promoted for house shows. For TV, the stars usually wrestled lesser known wrestlers, commonly referred to back in the day as jobbers. The NWA had their group, including guys such as Mike Jackson and Pat Rose. In the AWA, names like George "Scrapiron" Gdasky, Jake "The Milkman" Milliman and Steve's trainer Sonny Rogers were weekly TV fixtures. In the WWF, you saw guys like SD "Special Delivery" Jones, Barry O, "The Duke Of Dorchester" Pete Doherty and numerous others. Among that group was tonight's guest, Dusty Wolfe.

Dusty started in the WWF in 1987, shortly before the scandal that almost destroyed the company broke. He used the name Dusty until 1989, when a certain "Common man" got signed and he was changed to Dale Wolfe. He also wrestled for Fritz Von Erich, the NWA and WWC in Puerto Rico. He also rose above jobber status as after the late Matt Borne left the WWF he was one of  five people who took up the mantle as Doink The Clown.

After he left the business he went back to school and now is referred to as PROFESSOR Wolfe as he entered the field of acedemia. He is also a published author with several books and essays about our industry.
