Evolution Radio Network Presents:

To say "Battleground" was universally panned is an understatement. Galring errors in psychology, unexcitng matches and a "surprise" that no one really wanted were among many of the issues critics used to slam the latest SmackDown Live PPV event. We'll break it down with our own takes on what happened.

Lat night's RAW set up the main event for SummerSlam, as well as the Womens title match. Jason Jordan als had his first match since being "revealed" as Kurt Angle's "son". We'll break down all that happened there as well as SmackDown Live.

There's some big news concerning Brock Lesnar tha could affect some long term programming that we will discuss. The former Simon Gotch is in the news as well. The fomer Vaudvillian also has Chicago ties like former partner Aiden English that we will tell you about.

There were some reductions in staff this week at GFW/Impact. One of the stories of one departing talent is quite compelling. Will Osprey is thinking about relocating, and it's not in Japan. Wait til you hear where he's thinking of going. Raven and Buff Bagwell have a lawsuit against WWE going and we will tell you all about that. And what would a week be without something about Paige, Alberto, or anyone with the last name of Hardy? We do have stories on two of those. Get ready for another night of fun and talk with your favorite crazy wrestling talk hosts!

Tonight is the night! Thanks to our friends at Smashmouth Pro Wrestling we have three top notch talents to present to you this evening. We will begin with Col. Tim Lawler and the Costal Wrestling Association. This weekend they will host one of the first Toys For Tots events of the season. We'll discuss the event and outreach for the toys, which is quite bold in scope. From there our friends at Smashmouth Pro Wrestling will be joining us. Their show Saturday will feature some of the top talent available and we will talk to three of them. Kevin Fertig, also known as Mordecai, Seven (not the Dustin Runnels version) and primarily Kevin Thorn has been a fixture on the scene from 15 years. We'll talk to him about his stints in OVW, WWE and the WWE version of ECW along with his current work in Europe and the American independent scene. Whether you know him as Zema Ion or DJ Z, the young man with the rainbow Mohawk has made his mark on the cruiserweight/X division scene. In addition to his work with TNA he has also worked for AAA and IWC. When you hear the sound of heavy breathing, you know the Vampire Warrior Gangrel is about to come to the ring. The veteran of WWE has also been a fixture on the independent scene since leaving the promotion, most notably with the West Coast based Territory League and can be scene almost weekly on Paragon Pro Wrestling. We willl also be joined later on by Big Daddy Yum Yum to talk about Main Event Pro Wrestling's event in Ruston Louisiana this weekend with a loaded card. We don't know what order the guests will appear so if you have questions we encourage you to post them on Facebook or in our chat and we will try to include them. You may also join Sean, Steve and Katie via Skype or phone at (347) 826-9418. Be sure to follow us on our social medias www.facebook.com/pwroundtable or on Twitter @PWRSLAM

Once again it's Ladies Night, but not before we let a couple of guys weigh in on a couple of upcoming shows.

Early on we'll be joined by our friend Joey Grunge who helps the RWF for their show Wrestling For A Cure which will take place this Saturday night. Also joining us after a long absence is our friend Paul Eubanks. He will be involved with a show this Friday down in Florida.

After that, we turn it over to the ladies. Joining us will be (no order given at press time)

The Siracha Muchacha Paloma Starr

Laynie Luck

"The Velveteen Queen" Amora (We think she had the gimmick before WWE gave it to Patrick Clark).

We hope you will enjoy this fun evening of wrestling talk.

The gifts that keep on giving, Alberto El Patron and Paige, are at it again. After the screaming match at the Orlando airport,as we know Alberto was suspended by GFW. Now another title has been taken off him and the title he lost has some direct impact on his personal situation. Now Paige may also find some more problems as something else is out there, and according to sources, she's not the only WWE star who may have something out there.

There may be some trouble in the paradise known as Lucha Underground after a situation happened this past weekend at a show run by parent company AAA as a supposedly retired wrestler returned and captured a title, causing the previous titleholder, also part of the Lucha Underground roster, to leave AAA. The potential fallout could affect more than one person on the roster. Another current LU star is being courted by two companies as the question of a fourth season is still up in the air.

We will also expose another fraud "promotion" who is falsely advertising one of our friends as not only appearing, but actually wrestling. This is why our business has a bad name.

Last night, RAW rehashed the "Vince's illegitmate son" storyline, this time to move someone over to the RAW roster. What did you think of the situation? Is the picture getting clearer heading towards SummerSlam or not? Tonight also is the go home show for Battleground. Are the matches looking to be interesting or not? We will talk about all these stories tonight.

NOT A LIVE BROADCAST!

We were originally supposed to be joined tonight by UFC Hall of Famer Stepahn Bonnar however due to Smash Mouth Pro Wrestling canceling their show this weekend we will no longer be having either interview, but have no fear PWR SLAM unlike some people ALWAYS have a plan B, so TONIGHT we continue the Ladies Night Trend that started last night with Womans Wrestling Legend Malia Hosaka and bring you another talented outstanding female wrestler we are PROUD to bring YOU... "The Barbie Killer" "The Ordinary Freak" "The 607 Curse" HAYLEY SHADOWS! It's a name we have heard, while we might not know much about it her we are very eager to learn and tonight will give us the chance to learn more about one of Professional Wrestlings most up and comng women. Do NOT Miss IT! www.facebook.com/pwrslam

Tonight instead of our usual recap show we're going to our Wednesday night format as we have one of the leading voices of the womens wrestling scene, Malia Hosaka.

We open tonight by talking to Shockwave Wrestling Entertainment about their company and upcoming events. Then, we talk to Malia Hosaka.

Malia started at the camp run by Killer Kowalski, who of course also trained the late Joanie "Chyna" Lauer among others. Along the way she has woked for legendary promoter Wally Karbo, Howard Brody, Debbie Combs and also had stints with WCW, WWF and a fledgling ECW when it was still NWA Eastern Champonship Wrestling.

She has been part of some memorable programs, including with Madusa Micelli, Sheri Martel and Amber Gallows.

We hope you will enjoy this time with one of the top stars of womens wrestling who is still out there going strong.

On June 20, Steve recieved a message from retired wrestling star Diane Von Hoffman. She had just gotten her phone fixed and was wondering if our offer to come on the show was still open. After some quick discussion with Sean and Katie we asked her to come on that Wednesday night, June 22. Little did any of us know that it would be the last time we would get to speak with her.

Yesterday, Diane (real name Phyllis Burch) passed away from complications from surgery. Phyllis was a tender, loving Mom, Diane was a tough as nails competitor. Tonight, we are going to pay tribute to both by sharing again the show that wound up being her last podcast with anyone.

Cry, laugh, whatever you feel you need to do, just enjoy our last night with our friend.

Hugo has traveled all over and worked with some of the biggest names in our industry, both in and out of the ring. In addition to his work as announcer with the World Wrestling Council, he also did the Spanish language broadcasts for the WWF, and later was the Spanish announcer for the first season of Lucha Underground.
