Evolution Radio Network Presents:

NOT A LIVE BROADCAST!

WE BRING YOU AN EDITION OF PWR SLAM FROM JUNE OF 2014 W/ LENN ODDITY & SINN BODHI!

Unless you were living in a cave or your internet has been out for the past several days you were aware of the Netflix comedy-drama series "GLOW" which is about an all womens wrestling TV show and the personalities involved in making it happen. The series is VERY loosely based on the original "GLOW" wrestling series from the 80s. We have talked about it in the past with several of the original GLOW Girls, but now that's out and many of them have seen it, including some viewing parties, we are going to talk to the originals about their views of the fictional version. Did they recognize any of the characters as knockoffs of themselves or the other girls? What about the producer and director? Was any of that close to reality? Were there any situations similar to any of the episodes? We will be joined by some long time friends and a newcomer to the PWR airwaves. Scheduled to join us are:

Tracee "Roxy Astor" Meltzer

Patricia "Sunny The California Girl" Summerland

Sandy "Gremlina" Manley

And making their PWR debuts- Eileen "MTV" O'Hara

Noelle "Major Tanya" Rose

Debi "Dallas" Miller

We may have others but these are the ones who are confirmed as of now. Join them, Katie, Steve and Sean as we go talk a quasi wrestling TV show with the women who made a REAL wrestling TV show.

Did you watch either airing of the remake of "The Gong Show" this past week? If so, did you notice the bald headed guy who called himself "Uncle Clutch"? Did what he was wearing look like ring gear to you? If you answered yes then you were correct! "Uncle Clutch" is in fact a wrestler and we found him! We will be talking to him tonight. He is a veteran of the industry and he and Steve have some mutual friends.

There has been a breakup in the business (or HAS there?), and we don't mean Enzo and Cass. Plus, the seemingly never ending Mauro Ranallo saga has a new chapter. We will tell you where he is now and what he is saying about it. RAW, as of this writing, is expected to have another confrontation between Brock Lesnar and Samoa Joe ahead of Great Balls Of Fire. There may be a face off between Roman Reigns and the returning Bruan Strowman, as well as Goldust "premiering" his new "movie" with a special invitation for R-Truth. Enzo Amore may have another problem besides Colin Cassday as he has also been in a Twitter war with UFC champion Conor McGregor who is not in a particularly good mood ahead of his scheduled boxing match with Floyd "Money" Mayweather. Bray Wyatt and Seth Rollins may also get into another war after last week's demolition of "The Eater Of Worlds" by "The Architect".

There will be two MITB rematches, for SmackDown Live, a rematch for the Womens Title when Naomi once again defends against the character we call Burlesque Lana, and the rematch that should have never needed to happen, the Womens Money In The Bank ladder match, this time with the stipulation that James Ellsworth is banned from ringside. Also scheduled are a match between Sami Zayn and Baron Corbin and The Hype Bros meet Tag Team Champions The Usos.

Join Katie, Steve and Sean as we will cover these and other stories.

NOT A LIVE BROADCAST! THIS IS AN ALREADY AIRED SHOW REPLAY!

Once again it's Ladies Night and just like the expression says everything old is new again, at least in our spotlight. Brittany Wonder, one of our previous Ladies Night guests joins Hoodslam Wrestling founder Sam Khandaghabadi to talk about their show this weekend, appropriately called "80s For The Ladies IV-Revenge Of The Radio Star". We will discuss the difference between Hoodslam and other independent promotions out there. Our guests, in no particular order as of the writing of this are three top female wrestlers, one of whom was trained by one of the top tag teams in the industry. Kenaddi Brink was trained at the prestigious 3 D Wrestling Academy. She is appearing in rings all over the country and was recently part one of the best known tournaments in wrestling, the ECWA Super 8. The tournament contained many notables, including former TNA star Santana Garrett. Ray Lyn is NOT just another pretty face. This blonde beauty is a mainstay of the roster of Ohio Valley Wrestling but is also going to be part of the renewal of Women Of Honor and will be facing our other guest at that show. Kelly Klein, also known as Mary Elizabeth Monroe, has been a mainstay of the female wrestling scene. This St. Louis native went to high school in South Africa and returned for college then started training at Heartland Wrestling Association. One of her trainers was former WCW/WWE star Jimmy Yang. Along with her upcoming matches with Rae and ODB, we will talk to her about the scariest close encounter she had with a fan. As always, we invite you to give us your questions via chat, Skype or phone at (347) 826-9418. All questions are subject to screening for appropriate content and will be used as time allows. Join Sean, Steve and Katie as we talk to the female gladiators of the ring. Be sure to follow us on our social medias www.facebook.com/pwroundtable and on Twitter @PWRSLAM!

It's been a while since we've had a Ladies Night but we got a message today on Twitter that perked us back up. It's been a while since we've talked to or heard from Dianne Von Hoffman so when she contacted us we jumped at the chance to bring her back on.

We'll re-introduce Dianne to you, tell about her background, her training and her career. She has shared the ring with many top stars, both male and female. We'll talk about the current state of the Womens wrestling scene, both on the major promotions and the independents.

Dianne is not shy to express her opinions on the business and we are glad to have her do it. We hope you will enjoy our Ladies Night.

Were you happy or disappointed by Sunday's Money In The Bank card? We'll discuss that right off the bat tonight, especially in light on the redo of the Womens MITB match tonight. RAW had some fascinating elements last night, especially the split of what was arguably the most popular tag team in WWE in the past several years.

Three producer/agents have been releaased from Impact Wrestling, and one of them had quite a bit to say about it. Are we about to see the return of a certain popular gimmick? Someone is teasing about it on his Twitter.  The new WWE 2K18 game is starting to get ready for release and today we found out who will be on the cover.

Could the NWA sale be stopped because someone else actually owns the NWA? There is a potential issue and we will talk about it. Our friends from GLOW are making more history and we'll talk about that tonight as well.

Join Sean, Steve and Katie for two hours of fun wrestling talk.

We don't know what we're going to do but we're going to do it.

It's hard to know tonight if we're a wrestling program or TMZ (Or in Sean's case, Perez Hilton). We have one wrestler getting a divorce, and wait until you hear why, and another wrestler talking about his ex. Kenny Omega just broke another record in Japan and has joined a very exclusive list that we'll talk about. Two WWE wrestlers have been cleared to return to the ring.

Last night's RAW opening was very well recieved, but how about the rest of the show? Did it help boost the must see potential for "Great Balls Of Fire"? Tonight, of course, is the go home SmackDown Live before Sunday's "Money In The Bank" and it's groundbreaking Womens MITB match. Can they match the hype of the RAW opening for two hours?

Katie, Steve & Sean will talk about these and other events in the world of wrestling as well as talk to you tonight.

Last night we had to cover some serious issues that we wern't happy to cover, but we needed to do it. Tonight we promise to have a little more fun, even though we'll still shoot from the hip without any remorse.

Sunday night was the Extreme Rules PPV. Now we know that's really a misnomer as there wasn't all that much "extreme" about the matches. We'll examine the results, especially the main event and what that may or may not do in terms of advancing the Universal Title picture. We'll also talk quite a bit about the Intercontinental Title match. Steve has some strong opinions about that and he will express them and welcome your feedback.

Did RAW help set some more interest in Great Balls Of Fire, especially the main event? Speaking of Great Balls Of Fire, there's a lot of discussion concerning the artwork for it. Even Sasha Banks has something to say about it.

SmackDown Live finally saw the debut of what we have called Vaudeville Lana, which was originally supposed to be done by Emma, but Emma couldn't pull it off. Were you impressed or not? What do you think of them giving her a title shot right away on a PPV as opposed to any of the other women who have been around longer and have more of a track record?

We'll also talk some 205 Live, Lucha Underground and NXT. Steve also has a big announcement concerning an upcoming guest that will be someone who you will not want to miss, as his knowledge and experience will give you insights about the business that you have always wanted. Join Katie, Steve and Sean for a great night.
