What can I say ..... this one is going to be superb, I enjoyed this so much it was over before it started.
Mim talks openly about life, trauma, ending relationships, starting again and new beginnings.
Mim tells you to get your head on straight, how to do it and to not let anything or anyone hold you back !

Well what can I say...... so so much respect and admiration for this woman !
Ody gives us an insight into her life and childhood. From feeling very conscious of her differences and not just because she lived in a majority white community as an African American but also because she had a lot of differences to girls her age, to me Ody exudes femininity and strength along with a whole lot of sass and men if you are listening you seriously need to step up because she is single but is not settling for anything less than what she deserves....
Talking all about why as women why can't we just love ourselves for who we are and show our stripes and wear them like medals from life and past experiences!
Finding out all about the women who gave this woman confidence and also role modelled strong resilient women to look up too. We get into the whys and what for's from college to adulthood and she is every bit as funny as she sounds...... I loved this catch up with the wonderful Ody she really is one hell of a woman.

Meeting this guy.... what can I say.... he was one of the first people I contacted over here when we relocated from the UK and I had decided to try to join the amazing, warm, supportive and awe inspiring trail running family !!
This guy kept it real and explained we can all be athletes ... if we want to be, and boy do I !
