Summer is quickly approaching which means a lot of smaller and local fitness competitions will be popping up! I figured this was a great time to put out this episode on nutrition for the day of competition.
I talk about nutrition leading into the comp, mainly the week of, and also what to do the day that you compete.
I also touch on your training leading in the compeition.
This is also good advice for anyone competing in any sport or competition whether that be high school sports, college, Crossfit, powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, etc.
