This is going be the first part of a mini series that I will be doing documenting my progress and process leading into the 2019 Granite Games.
My teammates and I qualified for a team of 3 at the Granite Games this year through the online qualifier and I wanted to document the entire process leading into the competition. I will show my nutrition, training, and recovery and report in weekly with how all of those things are going.
I know many people wonder how athletes are training and eating leading into big competitions, and as I am not an elite level pro athlete, the demands on my body are still the same as those athletes, so my training and nutrition will look similar.
