Ep. 147, Leveling Up Via Confrontations, Boundaries, Narcissists, Chaos, Distractions and Managing Your Frequency & Ascension  

Hello Soul Family,

Life is full of situations that push us towards growth, and we are tested in our expansion to truly determine if we are ready to be where we think we are, and how we manage getting there is part of the Soul journey.

Many times, our leveling up comes with things getting very uncomfortable with the status quo.

It doesn't matter if it's a job, home, relationship, etc--we will know it's time to change our circumstances and environment because we are feeling uncomfortable at best--and sometimes it's way more than just being uncomfortable.

It's because our energy is no long in alignment with where we are. Changes need to be made--and life and the people in it will come in to create situations to push us to make decisions and choices about where we really belong and how we are getting there.

In this episode, after venting for 90 minutes--I share what's been going on with me in terms of leveling up, chaos, distractions, gaslighting narcissists, drama and the bullshit that we must deal with and how I take the negative energy and use alchemy to change it to my benefit and power.

Oh yes, it can be done--you just have to be able to see it for what it is, instead of allowing it to be used against you.

It's not complicated, but at the same time--it's not simple either.

It might seem "off brand" that I was guided to something like the Johnny Depp v Amber Heard trial, and I would agree--however, given my history with narcissists and domestic abuse, it made perfect sense as to why I would be guided to watch this trial.

The trial opened allowed the world to see The Truth--that Johnny is the victim--the one being abused. .

Energy Update: Mercury Retrograde Recap, Super Full Moon, Summer Solstice & The 6.24.2022 Grand Alignment & Galactic Portal

Hello Soul Family,

It is ENERGY UPDATE time. So much has happened in the last few months and will be happening in the following months as well!

In 2022, I have been guided to take a step back from what I put out via the podcast, social media, articles, videos, etc.

I've been concentrating on my amazing clients, (and I've been very busy in that regard) and setting up the foundation for my future as a Guide, as someone meant to lead people to healing, to their futures, and evolution.

As I explain in this episode: I've been spending a lot of time NOT producing, not intermingling, and just allowing for the energy to flow.

It's not easy, it doesn't come naturally to me to not allow my freaky workaholic self to run wild, but we must honor where the energy currents take us, and explore places that aren't easy to be in...That's how we grow...

However, the energy IS slowly changing--finally! And you can expect to hear/see/read from me much more in the days and weeks to come.

In short order, I'll be dropping a 3 part series on my Ultimate Astrology Report for those of you who really want to know more about me and how a report like that can help you understand more about yourself.

I know that when we are guided to explore in these ways, we are ready for higher awareness across the board.

When it comes to where we've been and where we're going, it has definitely been different types of energy from the first half and the second half of 2022, and I get into what that's been like and why in this episode.

Recently, we had a lot come into play, from Mercury Retrograde and all it brought with it through this new Galactic Portal that is already opening up, but officially starts tomorrow, 6.24 and goes through 6.28.

I get into the past, the present and the future couple of months and what's important to know and prepare for.
