  • An Evolving Man with Eric & Jenny Patton

I sit down this week with Eric and Jenny Patton, the force behind Inspire Change Co. We highlight Eric's journey as an evolving man and understanding how he is tapped into his masculine and also his feminine energy. The conversation was very interesting and covered so many areas from men's mental health to men being emotional. Goddess Lore, an Evolve with Nicolette favorite, joined in on the conversation and added her amazing insight. She shared her own experiences with her father and her sons what's that's been like breaking down old paradigm beliefs. This was truly an interesting conversation and hope you enjoy it!

  • Birthday Vibes| Certified Mamasota

This week I'm celebrating my 34th birthday and I talk about just finally being present in my life. There's so much pressure to be so accomplished by a certain age but were never encouraged to just thrive and live. Since I've been actively healing when I turned 31, its been an awakening- a rebirth. 34 used to be defined as old but baby, I'm just getting started.

  • Doing things scared

This week, I talked about doing the things you're so scared of doing. You know that feeling? When a little voice inside of you is telling you to go ahead and start on that goal or dream that has been in your heart for so long but you stop yourself because it feels so scary. I talk all about that overwhelming feeling of anxiety and how Nico Fest almost didn't come to fruition. This episode is dedicated to the 17 beautiful souls who said yes to no just to Nico Fest but also to themselves. Special shoutout to Goddess Lore, Divine and Yo, thank you so much for saying yes to this crazy journey we now know as Nico Fest 2021.

  • Magical Mujer Chronicles- Toxic Family Members

This week I debuted a series on my podcast called Magical Mujer Chronicles and this week's edition is about Toxic Family Members. The Notorious Carol Mami joined me in the studio to talk all about cutting off toxic family. Goddess Lore was my surprise guest and added an awesome point of view between her and her 4 sisters. Carol and I both have experience of not just setting boundaries with family but distancing ourselves indefinitely. As we talk about our experience and make light of it all, we've been grieving and healing from these relationships for many years. So if you are in a situation where blood is not always thicker than water and it best to walk away, do so because you deserve inner peace.

  • Embracing Patience

What's poppin' beautiful souls! I am back with a keep it absolutely 100% moment...I've been feeling all the feels and I couldn't bring myself to use the tools in my self healing toolbox to get out of the rabbit hole of worry I was in. Yup, I couldn't bring myself to do EFT Tapping, meditate, journal...none of it. I did however, process this with my therapist where she helped me come to the realization of just BEING. And it's ok that I was just in the thick of it. My tools felt like chores and I didn't feel like doing anything but hated being stuck. So I gave myself time to be patient. Patience to sit in what I was feeling and just being. Surely, I would make baby steps, sometimes big steps to calming that voice of panic, to calm the chronic worrying. Because my tools aren't for just when everything is falling apart...it helps even when I'm ok. The tools help the calm seasons last longer. The tools are also there in those moments when I'm coming out of the fog, to remind myself that what I'm currently feeling is temporary. Patience helps you see the way out of the rabbit hole. Being patient with your process instead of rushing through the motions reinforces your trust in your path. That combination of patience and trust is where all the magic lies to finding the inner peace and functioning from your greatest and highest good.

  • Happy 2 years of podcasting!

My 2 year anniversary and the weirdest recording ever. But you won't be able to tell because of the magic of editing and my life saver of Keith Good News and his behind the scene magic. During the live recording of this episode, the recording and live broadcast completely stopped except for the IG live on my phone. Luckily this episode is complete because of the stream that was saved to my Instagram. Hey, technical difficulties happen and we keep rolling. Of course, it would happen during a milestone episode but it's ok! I have so much to be grateful for and it's amazing I'm still here doing this with you all. Now I'm a part of an amazing black and brown owned network, record my episodes in a studio and my podcast is sponsored and monetized. I appreciate all the constant love and continued support. It's only up from here!

  • Dating & relating ft. Sean Sani

What's poppin' everyone! This week, my boy Sean came to the studio fresh off a trip to Greece and he came with all the gems. We talked all about his previous long term relationship and what the break up was like. We also talked about what dating was like right after ending a 12.5 year long relationship and dating in a pandemic. He brings a very refined male's point of view and its super interesting hearing his introspection and reflection of it all.
