Nicolette is back and while "La Rona" is making everyone act crazy, Nicolette is on a mission to make you see the good in this crazy world. Time is abundant and you have a responsibility to take full advantage of it. Whether you are called to work or to stay home, time has slowed down for most of us. So use this time wisely and emerge when this is all over stronger and already ahead on the dreams you have set to accomplish at the beginning of the year!

Nico is back from Hawai'i and not feeling stuck anymore! She talks a little about the how she was feeling the trip and also about the breakthrough she had at the Byodo-In Temple in Kaneohe, Oahu. She talks about how releasing the resistance and choosing to be mindful during the trip helped her be present during the vacation with her family.

Sometimes your world feels like it’s falling apart when it’s actually falling into place. So when you’re feeling stuck try to release all the things that aren’t working. The things that you feel like you’re forcing. Take a step back and acknowledge the hard things and be open for new opportunities/feelings to flow through.

On this episode I dive into my mother’s family history and how that lead to the deterioration of my relationship with them.

Release & Renew Workshop: Reviewing my first event and all the feels that came with it!

Today’s episode is super special because I had an amazing convo with my friend Cesar Ordonez, the creator of @heart_of_the_harbor_wilmington . We talk about his life and how his path lead him to this project with hopes to inspire his students. He interviews people from all walks of life that has lived, currently resides or has volunteered in Wilmington, California and asks them all the same question, “what is one piece of advice you can give to the youth”. This project is so moving and so inspiring. Instead of focusing on the negative in the city he loves, he shines a light on people’s stories and personal experience.

On today’s episode, I had the privilege to have a convo with the amazing Melanie Yetter. She a Mindfulness Educator along with being boss and a mother of two. She shares how her difficult childhood and devastating loss of her grandmother lead her to her spiritual journey in India. She not only became a monk there but found the most important relationship, with herself. Her story of overcoming adversity is so amazing. I can’t wait for you all to hear it! This week I’m featuring Sabrina Saenz the owner of the successful baking business, Couture Cupcakery in Long Beach, CA. She was born and raised in Wilmington, CA and is a staple in the community. She runs a successful business while being a wife and mom to 5 kids. She is a testament to putting your mind on something and going for it. On today’s episode I talk about my awesome experience at the Manifesting Through Intention workshop in Claremont, CA. I was able to experience for the first time a sound bath and a Reiki session. There were amazing speakers like Jaci Marie and Melanie Yetter. Connie Patitucci shared her amazing story with us that had me in tears! We even made Intention boards lead by Ronnie M. It was such an amazing experience and I can not recommend it enough. If you ever have the opportunity to go to an event by Ronnie or by any of these amazing ladies, please do it! I highly recommend it!
