People get stressed out for different reasons and people handle stress differently, in different situations. Sometimes we need to recognize that certain things that cause us to stress out are out of our control. The key to handling stress is acknowledging that it exists but also being able to understand what causes you to stress out and implement best practices or behaviors to help you deal with the stress.
