This week we try to figure out which celebrity pastor we’d rather be stranded on a desert island with, and we get into a conversation about Michael’s shoes.

This week Michael returns to his role as a falsetto musical superstar and gives us stirring renditions of pop hits in a high-pitched voice. Then we transition into a conversation about the difficulties of musical worship in youth ministry.

Today Drew raps Dr. Seuss lyrics over hip-hop beats and does a surprisingly accurate Nicki Minaj impersonation. We talk about the importance of working out your beliefs about salvation, and somehow segway that into a conversation about what would happen if pastors fought each other.

This week we cover all things Pokemon Go (which neither of us know anything about), and interview the current youth pastor of LifePoint Church, Sam Cassese.

Drew and Michael are both back in the studio this week after being on vacation. In this episode, we discover how few classic movies Michael has seen, and how he can’t escape his past as a hype guy. Also, we uncover Drew’s financial strategy, Dapper Doodles.

In this week’s episode, we read one of our favorite youth pastor stories submitted to the show so far. Also, we interview current youth pastors Morgan Butcher, and Tony Mattar, and find out what their tattoos mean. Finally, we finish the show with one of our all-time favorite interviews with comedian/pastor Jesse Roberts

This week, we temporarily forget that we are actually not a sports radio show (if you absolutely hate sports feel free to fast-forward to about 7:30 into the show). We spend a bit of time addressing Christian Celebrity Pastors, and places to avoid when getting a haircut.

Today, Michael leaves us after a short conversation on humble brags and the double meaning of church songs, so we decided to bring in Drew’s old friend Danny Meyerend. Together, they dug up some old videos, tried to remember some lyrics, and talked about what it was like to be a pseudo youth pastor for three months. The episode closes with an interview with CURRENT youth pastor Darius Giles. We asked him about the most irresponsible thing he has ever done as a youth pastor, his answer had us in shock!
