Sandra Herrera and Lisa Roman welcome former USWNT stars and NWSL players Yael Averbuch West and Lori Lindsey to discuss the historic CBA ratified ahead of the 2022 season. Both Yael and Lori touch on their playing days, their highest salaries and how proud they are of the current players for finding their voice and fighting for what they deserve. Yael heIped found the NWSL Players Association when she was a player and then served on the board as executive director for years. Yael recounts her time on the board and how the goals of the PA have shifted over the past few years to truly progress the league and make it better. Both Lori and Yael discuss the biggest points of the CBA and how it changes the women's game in the United States forever.
