In this solo episode, Gloria talks about how the concept of money influenced her life and her process while having to make life-changing decisions. In the first part, she discusses the way universities are build up - with prestige - and therefore why we are willing to pay a huge amount of money for our education.
In the second part, she raises awareness about another taboo topic: your salary! Where does inequality pay come from and what can we do about it? Further, you need to know what the salary conversation with your boss is all about and how you can focus on the right thing to rock that talk.

„Money we can always do more of, but time you can‘t“
When Johan Versteegh, a social media breakup expert, said those words I was astounded. I recently watched the Netflix documentary "The Social Dilemma" and I was hooked to talk about the immense impact Social Media has on our daily (spending) habits. In this episode, we talk about how easily you can fall into the loop of monetized Social Media and how the companies behind the screen know us BETTER than your closest friend. Social Media can be addictive and so can online shopping. But it is so much easier to click on that Buy Button than it is to give away physical money. The concept of money has a big role in that too!
Johan shares his tips on how to start intentional buying & how to get back to life on the outside world!

Have you ever compared your relationship to others on Social Media? For most of us, the answer would be "Yes". In today's world, we find ourselves too often falling into the comparison trap. Although Social Media is "just" the catalyst, it increases the chance of being a victim of our own expectations. As we try to manipulate and control we foster resistance.
My guest Cat Dean and I encourage you to "invite instead of demand" and to "release your attachment to the outcome".
Further, we speak about generational trauma and searching for our worth externally.
Dive deep into part 1 of discussing behaviors in relationships and don't miss out on part 2 (on the Hype Girl Podcast) on how to grow and learn about positive behavior patterns when it comes to your love life.

Despite the topic "Suicide" being an omnipresent thing in her mind, Nahema was willing to share her 2 personal stories. With this episode, our aim is to make anyone who comes in touch with this topic in their life feel less alone and to show some techniques to cope with it. On the other side, we also discuss what actually happens in someone's brain who commits suicide and how the overall taboo topic is often falsely displayed in TV shows.
