SILOS are a part of organisation life that we ALL know exist, but few of us are willing to talk about it openly. Oftentimes, as leaders there is the ASK that we must BREAK SILOS or work across SILOS. Yet, we're not quite sure how to do that because the system creates and supports it. As team leaders there are many situations that can drive you crazy. And, when I say team leader, one can be a young team leader of 3 or 4 people or a VP or CXO leading thousands of people. 

Some issues that drive you crazy are personality driven, some are situational, some are systemic, and many are triggered because of our own belief systems or faulty thinking.

As an executive coach, I’ve often had to support my clients deal with situations that cause them frustration….. so here are a few common ones that nearly all team leaders have to deal with; and that drive them crazy.  You will benefit from understanding the situation and how you could deal or respond in more helpful ways!!  Why go crazy??

Many of us who are from finance, or technology, or those of us who are shy, or just plain introverts have a hard time with the concept of networking!
