This is a generation X podcast focused on the commonalities and differences from growing up in the last feral generation, as well as what we are up to now.  This is a curious, unfiltered discussion on fitness, wellness, and vanity and much more. 

We are here to share personal experiences, talk with guests and experts on what has worked and what hasn’t worked while diving into what we can learn, not only about fitness but about life balance and what drives us everyday.
