In this episode I talk about what I think predestination is and how I find it confusing in a practical sense, although I am not arguing against it. I also talk about how important it is to protect your energy. As a highly sensitive person I cannot tell you how valuable it's been to simply not let people move me and rile me up or siphon my emotional existence. It has helped me be so much more productive.
