In this episode, I sit down with Shannon to explore the transformative power of somatic healing, energy work, and intuitive modalities. We dive into her personal journey—how she discovered somatic practices and how she now helps others reconnect with their bodies and heal from within. We also discuss our connection with  embodiment practices and spiritual healing.

In this episode I talk about how I learnt to experience true joy and peace in my body, and my struggles with connecting to the frequency of safety and money. I talk all about how you can start to connect with frequency so you can connect with your desires and manifestations. You will hear a lot about working towards desire instead of working on and looking for what needs to be fixed.

I share all of this in the hopes that it resonates with you, and where you're at... Sharing our truth brings us closer to others. In this episode I go over what the 5 channels of awareness are in the world of somatics. I go over what they are, how you can start to access them, and how they can help you purge and old beliefs that are no longer serving you, or anchor into a blue or a glimmer. (Glimmers being those really nice positive feelings we experience)

I believe that we are our own healers, which is why I want to share the tools and knowledge I have acquired so that you can take your life and power into your own hands.
