Melissa Curtis from Tummy Love yoga is a great mentor to me. I was delighted when she agreed to come and talk on the podcast. She shared her knowledge and experience on all things women's bodies and phases of our lives. How tuning in to our bodies needs is so important. How getting lots of sleep helps so much. How empowering women on their pregnancy and birth choices is so freeing of the stigma and shame that women have been experiencing.
